We apologize, but due to health restrictions we cannot accept pets of any size or species.  We have a very lovable, but territorial PomerWeinnie for you to enjoy during your stay.

SPECIAL DIETS

  Groceries are very expensive and in short supply "on the mountain", so you may elect to bring things along with you.  We have a refrigerator for guests to use, and there is a mircowave in each guest room.

BOOKING ROOM RESERVATIONS

We requrie a non-refundable $25 Deposit to reserve rooms. The remainder is due at time of stay. 

CANCELLATION POLICY*

In keeping with our industry standard, as well as our neighboring B&B's and hotels, The Crofting Inn has a 100% refund [less $25 refund processing fee] policy for reservations canceled up to 14 days prior to date of arrival; within 7 days prior to arrival, guests cancelling room reservations will receive a 50% refund [See HOLIDAY BOOKINGS below for details]. If a guest cancels a reservation within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, The Crofting Inn will issue a Gift Certificate equal to the original purchase price of the reservation good for up to 6 months of date of cancellation.  ALL HOLIDAY BOOKINGS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. THREE DAY MINIMUM FOR ALL HOLIDAYS  [Includes Valentine's, Spring Break, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, and all of December through January 5th]  30-DAY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FOR FULL REFUND FOR HOLIDAY BOOKINGS.

WE CAN HOST YOUR SPECIAL EVENT IN OUR GATHERING ROOM, OUTSIDE ON OUR PRIVATE DECK & LAWN, OR YOU MAY WANT TO BOOK THE WHOLE INN.  CALL FOR PRICING. 

EVENT Payment Schedule Policy:

1/4 of total down is due 365 days to 245 days prior to scheduled event

 

1/2 of total down is due 244 days to 91 days prior to scheduled event

 

3/4 of total down is due 90 days to 46 days prior to scheduled event

 

100% of total down is due 45 days prior to scheduled event

EVENT Cancellation Policy:

Party may recieve A FULL REFUND of Deposit up to 90 days prior to scheduled event

Party will forfeit 1/4 of total if party cancels 89-31days prior to scheduled event

Party will forfeit 1/2 of total if party cancels 30-6 days prior to scheduled event

Party will forfeit 100% of total paid if party cancels within 5 days prior to scheduled event
